These terms cover this website and the parts of Senzo a player or a tournament entrant uses. What a club gets, what it pays and what we promise it are in the written agreement between Senzo and that club, and where these terms and that agreement disagree, the agreement wins.
This website
The pages here describe the product. We keep them accurate, but they are a description and not a promise about what any particular court does: what a club has installed, and which features its plan includes, is between that club and us.
The Senzo name, the mark and the design of these pages belong to us. The photographs of people are licensed stock images and are not pictures of Senzo courts or Senzo customers.
Using a Senzo court
The scoreboard is there to score padel. Type the names of the people actually playing. Do not put another person’s photograph on a court screen without their agreement, and do not use the name field for anything you would not want on a screen in a public sports club. A club can remove anything shown on its own courts.
The court scores the match from its sensors and gets it right in ordinary play. It is equipment, not an umpire. If a club runs a competition where the result matters, the club decides how disputes are settled.
Entering a tournament
Entry, acceptance, fees, formats and refunds are the club’s, not ours. We provide the form and pass what you submit to the club that is running the event. Questions about whether you are in, what it costs, or what happens if it rains go to the club.
When you enter a partner, you are telling us you have their permission. We email them to say they have been entered.
Availability
A court scores its own matches, so a match keeps working even when the court cannot reach the internet. Everything else here is a normal online service and can be unavailable, whether for maintenance or because something has broken.
Liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to exclude. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable to a player or an entrant for indirect loss arising from using this website or a court screen.
